Bois-Brincon Anjou Blanc Blaison Terre de Gres 2020This is an estate with a sense of history. It was founded in the 1200s by the Saint Jean d'Angers in the heart of Anjou. Xavier Cailleau is now the fifth generation of his family to own and work some of the oldest plantings in the Loire; joined by his wife Geraldine and a small team, they farm their 24 hectares biodynamically. This cuvee comes from the Terre de Grs site 1. 5 hectares of Chenin Blanc grown on chalky, tuffeau soils. The nose opens with
