This is the scalpel MEK

this hand stitched leather sheath will hold your MEK safely and securely so it is at hand and ready for use

a smaller version of the original with a solid 2 finger grip for lighter tasks

This kiridashi measures roughly 5 3/8 inches long with a 2 inch cutting edge

Due to CITES regulations and the rarity of this species I have a very limited supply of this wood and I do not know if or when I will be getting more

The wonderful color on this material comes from decades of aging and oxidation

The piece I used for this handle was cut from the center of the rod so it shows a very light patina on the edges that will darken with time

This rag micarta is at least 50 years old
