Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout - Wild Turkey Edition 2022The basic recipe of this WILD TURKEY BOUBON EDITION is based on a malt blend of twelve different specialty malts. This gives the beer a complex body with notes of roasted coffee and chocolate. This edition has been aged for 16 months in freshly emptied Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey barrels and then conditioned on bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Roasted coffee and chocolate flavors on medium to full body are rounded out by distinct vanilla and orange

This is an imperial stout with 7 different types of malt that pushes all the boundaries - a little bit sweet

we macerated Huldenberg grown and hand-picked blackberries for almost four months in very old lambik

before primary fermentation in our coolship

Our strong Imperial Stout aged in Tequila barrels for 11months & 15days

but with the latter at 33% instead of the usual 25%
