Voyage / Voyage XII - 2023Voyage XII is a white wine crafted from an even blend of Savagnin and Sauvignon grapes, grown on blue marl and molasse soils. The grapes undergo direct pressing, and the juice ferments in large oak demi muids; the wine then matures in those same barrels for 18 months before bottling.
