Dry hopped with Mosaic and Idaho 7 for a balanced yet juicy aroma and finish

with subtle rose petal and spiced rhubarb flavours

bestowed upon this brew by generous cocoa & vanilla additions

Fermentation took approx 9 days and then the wine was stirred on lees once per week post fermentation
