It's a charmer through and through with pineapple, roatsed hazelnut and leafy herbs. The 50% new oak is artfully integrated. The sweet, gentle flavors last long into the finish. This will be age worthy but

the 2021 vintage was aged for 11 months in a mixture of new and neutral French oak with a hint of new American oak

but I'd love to see it with 2-3 years of bottle age too
